Shift-Lock Solenoid Inspection

NOTE:
  • The shift-lock solenoid is built into the selector lever component.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0] ).
  2. Remove the front console. (See FRONT CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  3. Reconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0] ).
  4. Verify that the voltages of each of the selector lever component terminals are as indicated in the table.
