July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Resistance Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the KS connector.
  3. Measure the resistance between the KS terminals A and B using an ohmmeter.
    • If not as specified, replace the KS. (See KNOCK SENSOR (KS) INSPECTION .)

      Specification 

      Approx. 4.63-5.11 megohms [ECT: 25°C {77°F}]
