July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Trunk Lid

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2008 Mazda RX-8. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the rear bumper. (see REAR BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Detach the request switch from the rear bumper.
  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
