Generator Warning Light
- Verify that the battery is fully charged.
- Verify that the drive belt deflection/tension is within the specification. (L3) (See DRIVE BELT INSPECTION [L3]
.)
- Turn the ignition switch on and verify that the generator warning light illuminates.
- If not as specified, inspect generator warning light, wiring harnesses between the battery and the generator warning light.
- Verify that the generator warning light goes out after the engine is started.
