Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube. Refer to AIR CLEANER INTAKE PIPE -- 2.0L ZETEC .
  2. Disconnect the idle air control (IAC) valve electrical connector.

  3. Remove the two bolts and the IAC valve.
    1. Discard the gasket.

  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    1. Install a new gasket.
