Test 5: Cruise Control Coast Switch Inoperative

Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Disconnect cruise control actuator connector. While depressing cruise control COAST switch, use DVOM to measure resistance between cruise control actuator harness terminals No. 5 (Light Blue/Black wire) and No. 6 (Dark Green/Orange wire). See Figure . If resistance is 114-126 ohms, replace cruise control actuator. See CRUISE CONTROL ACTUATOR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If resistance is not 114-126 ohms, replace cruise control switches. See CRUISE CONTROL SWITCHES  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
