July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Power Door Lock Switch

  1. Remove power door lock switch. Check continuity between power door lock switch terminals "A" and "B" with door key cylinder in UNLOCKED position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace door lock switch.
  2. Check resistance between door lock switch terminals "A" and "B" with door key cylinder in LOCKED position. Resistance should be 950-1050 ohms. If resistance is not as specified, replace door lock switch. See DOOR LOCK SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
