Control Module HVAC: Testing and Inspection

1. Remove the A/C amplifier.
2. Connect battery positive voltage to terminal A and ground to terminal C of the A/C amplifier.
3. Connect a test light (12 V, 3 - 18 W) between terminals A and B of the A/C amplifier.







4. Immerse the sensor part of the A/C amplifier in a container of ice water.
5. Verify that the test light condition is as shown.
6. If not as specified, replace the A/C amplifier.
