Idle Air Control Resistance Testing

IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE TESTING
1. Verify that the ignition switch is OFF.
2. Disconnect the idle air control valve connector.
3. Measure the resistance of the idle air control valve by using an ohmmeter.

Specification: 10.7-12.3 Ohms @ 20°C (68°F)

4. If not within the specification, replace the idle air control valve.
