July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

With Automatic Transaxle

Inspection
1. Remove the distributor.
2. Disconnect the fuel injector connector.
3. Connect the distributor 4-pin connector.

WARNING:
- Turning the ignition switch to ON with the fuel injector connector still connected will actuate the fuel injector.
- Doing this procedure with the high-tension lead (ignition coil side) still connected will generate sparks and cause electrical shock. Disconnect the high-tension lead (ignition coil side) and avoid grounding them to the vehicle body.

4. Connect the Special Service Tool (SST) to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
5. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
6. Measure the voltage at PCM terminal 85.

7. Rotate the distributor drive by hand and check the output signal.

8. If not as specified, inspect the wiring harness and connector between the distributor and the PCM terminal.
9. If there is correct terminal voltage and harness continuity, replace the distributor.
