Solenoid Tests: Notes
NOTE:
Solenoid tests must be performed with starter assembled and field wire from starter disconnected at solenoid terminal "M".
CAUTION:
Do not engage starter solenoid for more than 10 seconds during testing or damage to coil winding may result.
