Carburetor Flooding
1.
Damaged or incorrectly installed needle valve.
2.
Incorrectly adjusted float level.
3.
Excessive
fuel pump
pressure.
4.
Damaged float chamber gasket or loose installation screw.
5.
Sunken float.
