Crankshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair

CRANKSHAFT POSITION (CKP) SENSOR

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the accessory drive belt.







3. Remove the components in the order indicated in the illustration and table.

Item 3: A/C Compressor Bolt Removal Note
1. Loosen the bolts enough to allow the compressor to move approximately one inch.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
