Preliminary Checks

Verify customer concern by operating the engine to duplicate concern. Inspect battery, battery cables, harness connectors and connections for obvious electrical or mechanical faults. Verify battery condition. Inspect accessory drive belt and tensioner. Inspect battery junction box mega fuses (Gray fusible links), located near battery. Inspect battery junction box fuse No. 13 (15-amp).
