Circuitry. Audio unit.	Go To PINPOINT TEST B: THE AUDIO UNIT IS INOPERATIVE/ DOES NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY- EXCEPT NAVIGATION .
The audio unit does not operate correctly - display is frozen or no graphics are displayed (navigation)	Circuitry. Audio unit. Navigation system module	REFER to NAVIGATION SYSTEM .
The cassette player is inoperative	Audio unit.	REMOVE the audio unit and SEND it to an authorized audio system repair facility. REFER to AUDIO UNIT . TEST the system for normal operation.
The compact disc (CD/DJ) changer is inoperative/does not operate correctly	Battery junction box (BJB) fuse(s): 1 (30A). 104 (40A). Central junction box (CJB) fuse 33 (15A). Circuitry. Audio unit. CD changer.	Go To PINPOINT TEST C: THE COMPACT DISC (CD/DJ) CHANGER IS INOPERATIVE/DOES NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY .
The audio unit does not display the compact disc (CD) changer information	Battery junction box (BJB) fuse(s): 1 (30A). 104 (40A). Central junction box (CJB) fuse 33 (15A). Circuitry. Audio unit. Poor reception	Antenna. Antenna module. Circuitry. Antenna connections. Noise suppression equipment. Audio unit.	Go To PINPOINT TEST E: POOR RECEPTION .
Radio reception is poorer with the defroster activated	Defroster grid	INSPECT the defroster grid for damaged grid lines. REPAIR as necessary. TEST the system for normal operation. If the concern is still present, Go To PINPOINT TEST E: POOR RECEPTION .
Poor quality/distorted sound from one or more speakers (not all speakers) - navigation	Speaker(s). Circuitry. Audio unit.	Go To PINPOINT TEST F: POOR QUALITY/DISTORTED SOUND FROM ONE OR MORE SPEAKERS (NOT ALL SPEAKERS) - NAVIGATION .

Loud popping sound when cycling the ignition switch	Audio unit. Subwoofer enable line shorted. Subwoofer input line shorted.	Go To PINPOINT TEST H: LOUD POPPING SOUND WHEN CYCLING THE IGNITION SWITCH .
