Secondary Air Injection

Faults in Secondary Air Injection (AIR) system should set a Diagnostic Trouble Code. See QUICK TEST in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - EEC-V (GASOLINE) article. If any DTCs are present, perform appropriate system test. If no DTCs are present, check AIR system. See TEST HM under SYSTEM TESTS in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - EEC-V (GASOLINE) article.
