Glow Plugs

Glow plugs are on the left side of the cylinder head. Two heating coils are mounted in corrosion/temperature-proof tubes. Glow plugs are activated when the ignition is turned "ON" and remain "ON" for a certain time that is determined by the coolant temperature. This system does not have a timing cycling as part of the after glow function.
