Seat Heater Control: Inspection: Inspection
- INSPECT FRONT SEAT HEATER CONTROL LH
- Disconnect the seat heater control LH connector.
- Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 6 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 1 (SWL) - 6 (E) Engine switch on (IG), seat heater switch OFF → ON Below 1 V → 11 to 14 V 4 (B) - 6 (E) Engine switch off→ on (IG) Below 1 V → 11 to 14 V If the result is not as specified, replace the seat heater control.
- Reconnect the seat heater control LH connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 5 (THL) - 6 (E) Engine switch on (IG), seat heater switch volume 1 → 3 Gradual increase between Below 1 V and 11 to 14 V If the result is not as specified, replace the seat heater control.

- Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Reconnect the seat heater control RH connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 5 (THR) - 6(E) Engine switch on (IG), seat heater switch volume 1 → 3 Gradual increase between Below 1 V and 11 to 14 V If the result is not as specified, replace the seat heater control.
