Oil Level Sensor: Installation: Installation

INSTALL ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR
1. Install a new gasket to the engine oil level sensor.

2. Insert the engine oil level sensor into the oil pan and rotate it 180° clockwise.
3. Install the engine oil level sensor with the 4 bolts.

  Torque: 7.0 N*m (71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf)
4. Connect the engine oil level sensor connector.
INSTALL CRANK POSITION SENSOR BRACKET
1. Install the crank position sensor bracket with the bolt.

  Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
2. Connect the harness clamp.
CONNECT OIL COOLER TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 12
ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID
Refer to ADJUSTMENT
ADD ENGINE OIL See step 5
INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK
CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL . Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - Step 2
INSTALL FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION MEMBER PROTECTOR . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 5
INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER
INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER
