Monitor runs whenever following DTCs are not present	P0120 - P0223, P2135 (TP sensor)
Either of following conditions A or B is met:	-
A. Engine switch	ON
B. Electric throttle motor power	ON
TP sensor malfunction (P0120, P0122, P0123, P0220, P0222, P0223, P2135)	Not detected
