Seat Belt Control Module: Service and Repair

Seat Belt Control ECU:




SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY
2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO.1 TRIM HOOK
3. REMOVE ROPE HOOK
4. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH
5. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
6. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH




7. REMOVE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU
a. Disconnect the 2 connectors.
b. Remove the 2 nuts and ECU.

INSTALLATION




1. INSTALL SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU
a. Install the ECU with the 2 nuts.

Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf.cm, 49 in.lbf)

b. Connect the 2 connectors.

2. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH
3. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
4. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH
5. INSTALL ROPE HOOK
6. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO.1 TRIM HOOK
7. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY
