Inspection Procedure
NOTE:
When replacing the brake actuator assembly, perform zero point calibration (See CALIBRATION
).
- CHECK ABS CONTROL SYSTEM
- Clear the DTC (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
- Turn the engine switch on (IG).
- Check if the same DTC is recorded (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR
).
Result
DTC RESULT CHARTCondition Proceed to DTC (ABS control system DTC) is not output A DTC (ABS control system DTC) is output B (DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART )
B: REPAIR CIRCUIT INDICATED BY OUTPUT DTC
A: Go to Next Step
- RECONFIRM DTC
- Clear the DTC (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
- Turn the engine switch on (IG).
- Check if the same DTC is recorded (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR
).
Result
