Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK WIRE (DLC3 - HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU AND BODY HARNESS GROUND) 
    1. Disconnect the K16 DLC3 connector.
    2. Disconnect the A54 ECU connector.
    3. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

      Standard resistance 

      TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Tester Connection Specified Condition
      K16-13(TC) - A54-63(TC) Below 1 Ω
      K16-4 (CG) - Body ground Below 1 Ω
      K16-13 (TC) - Body ground 10 kΩ or higher

    NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
