July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Inspection Procedure

  1. INSPECT FUSE (A/C) 
    1. Remove the A/C fuse from the cowl side junction block LH.
    2. Measure the resistance of the fuse.

    Standard resistance 

    RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

    Tester Item Condition Specified Condition
    A/C fuse Always Below 1 Ω

    NG: CHECK FOR SHORT IN ALL HARNESSES AND COMPONENTS CONNECTED TO FUSE 

    OK: Go to next step 

  2. INSPECT AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER (AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER - BODY GROUND) 
    1. Disconnect the K52 A/C amplifier connector.
    2. Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard voltage 

      TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      K52-1 (B) - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V

    NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 

    OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
