Inspection Procedure

  1. INSPECT RADIO AND NAVIGATION ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the radio and navigation assembly connector F9.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance 

      RADIO AND NAVIGATION ASSEMBLY RESISTANCE

      Tester connection Condition Specified condition
      GND - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard voltage 

    RADIO AND NAVIGATION ASSEMBLY VOLTAGE

    Tester connection Condition Specified condition
    B - GND Always 10 to 14 V
    ACC - GND Ignition SW on (ACC) 10 to 14 V

    NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
