Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK FUSE (ECU-B FUSE) 
    1. Remove the ECU-B fuse from the engine room J/B.
    2. Check for the continuity of ECU-B fuse.
    1. NG: REPLACE FUSE 
    2. OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER - BATTERY) 
    1. Remove the A/C amplifier with connectors being connected.
    2. Measure the voltage between terminals +B and GND of A/C amplifier.

      Standard: 10 to 14 V

    1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 
    2. OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
