Terminals Of Ecu

  1. MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR COMPUTER FRONT LH

    1. Disconnect the ECU connectors D17, D18 and D19.
    2. Check the voltage and continuity between each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

      Standard: 

      ECU CONNECTORS TERMINALS VOLTAGE AND CONTINUITY SPECIFICATION

      D19-1-Body ground (GND-Body ground) W-B - Body ground Constant Continuity
      D19 <--> -D19-1 (CPUB-GND) L-O-W-B Constant 10-14V
      D19-5-D19-1 (SIG - GND) V-W-W-B Ignition switch OFF--> ON 0V --> 10-14V
      D19-6-D19-1 (BDR-GND) B-R-W-B Constant 10-14V
      D18-6-D18-5 (A+-A-) L-R-L-B Constant Continuity
      D18-3-D18-20 (LSW-CPSE) B-R-L Door lock knob LOCK --> UNLOCK No continuity --> Continuity
      D18-13-D18-20 (KL-CPSE) L-B-R-L Using the key, operate the driver's door lock cylinder OFF --> LOCK No continuity --> Continuity
      D18-4-D18-20 (KUL-CPSE) L-W-R-L Using the key, operate the driver's door lock cylinder OFF --> UNLOCK No continuity --> Continuity
      D17-8 -D17-29 (ML-PWE) W-Y Door control switch assembly (manual operation) OFF --> LOCK No continuity --> Continuity
      D17-19-D17-29 (MUL-PWE) W-R-Y Door control switch assembly (manual operation) OFF --> UNLOCK: No continuity --> Continuity
      D17-27 -D19-1 (CTY-GND) R-W-W-B Driver's door CLOSE --> OPEN No continuity --> Continuity
    3. Connect the ECU connectors D17, D18 and D19.
    4. Check the voltage between each terminal of the connectors.
    ECU CONNECTORS TERMINALS VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION

    Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Condition Specified condition
    D18-6-D19-1 (A+-GND) L-R-W-B Door control switch assembly (manual operation, key confinement prevention) OFF --> LOCK 0V --> 10-14V (0.1 second) --> 0 V
    D18-5-D19-1 (A- - GND) L-B-W-B Door control switch assembly (manual operation, key confinement prevention) OFF --> UNLOCK 0V --> 10-14V (0.1 second) --> 0V

    HINT:

    If the value is not as specified, a malfunction exists in the door ECU or the communication line.

    1. Disconnect the ECU connectors P9, P10 and P11.
    2. Check the voltage and continuity between each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

      Standard:

      P10-6-P10-5 (A+-A-) L-R-L-B Constant Continuity
      P10-3-P10-20 (LSW-CPSE) B-R-L Door lock knob LOCK --> UNLOCK No continuity --> Continuity
      P9-8-P9-29 (ML-PWE) G-R-Y Door control switch assembly (manual operation) OFF --> LOCK No continuity --> Continuity
      P9-19-P9-29 (MUL-PWE) G-B-Y Door control switch assembly (manual operation) OFF --> UNLOCK No continuity --> Continuity
      P9-27-P11-1 (CTY-GND) G-W-B Passenger's door CLOSE --> OPEN No continuity --> Continuity
    3. Connect the ECU connectors P9, P10 and P11.
    4. Check the voltage between each terminal of the connectors.

    HINT:

    If the value is not as specified, a malfunction exists in the door ECU or the communication line.

  3. THEFT WARNING COMPUTER

    1. Disconnect the ECU T7 connector.
    2. Check the voltage and continuity between each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

      Standard: 

    ECU T7 CONNECTOR TERMINALS VOLTAGE AND CONTINUITY SPECIFICATION

    T7-20-Body ground (GND-Body ground) W-B - Body ground Constant Continuity
    T7-21 -T6-20 (+B2 - GND) B-O-W-B Constant ,1,0-14 V

    HINT:

    If the value is not as specified, the vehicle side may be defective.

  4. TRANSPONDER KEY COMPUTER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the ECU T11 connector.
    2. Check the voltage and continuity between each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

    Standard: 

    ECU T11 CONNECTOR TERMINALS VOLTAGE AND CONTINUITY SPECIFICATION
