Fuel Cutoff Valve & Fill Check Valve
- Ensure fuel tank is full. Disconnect purge line hose and EVAP line hose from charcoal canister. Plug cap to air drain hose.
- Pressurize purge port to .58 psi (4 kPa) and check that there is air through EVAP line hose. See Fig 1.
- Check vent line hose and EVAP line hose for blockage. If clear, replace fuel cutoff valve and fill check valve.
- Reconnect purge line hose and EVAP line hose to charcoal canister.
