July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Ground Wire Check

Turn ignition off. Test for continuity between A/C-heater control panel connector terminal A10-7 (White/Black wire) and ground. See Figure. If continuity exists, inspect heater fuse. See HTR FUSE CHECK below. If continuity does not exist, repair wiring between A/C-heater control panel connector terminal A10-7 and body ground.
