DTC 26 - TRAC Sub-Throttle Valve: DTC Detecting Condition

With sub-throttle valve commanded to full open position, input voltage at VTA2 circuit on ECM is not 3-4.5 volts. Possible causes are:

Sub-throttle actuator.
Throttle body (faulty valve).
Sub-throttle position sensor.
Sub-throttle position sensor open or short circuit.
Engine Control Module (ECM).
TRAC ECU.
