Code P0116: Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Problem: Condition

Code is set when sensor temperature is 86°F (30°C) or less for at least 20 minutes of engine operation. Possible causes are:

ECT sensor malfunction.
Faulty cooling system.
