Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) Communication Circuit: Notes

When driving downhill with cruise control on, a signal is sent from the cruise control ECU to the engine/transmission ECU in order to provide smooth cruise control operation and minimize changes in engine torque caused by EFI fuel cut (leaner air/fuel mixture).
