July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Motor Test

  1. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 2. Check that the motor turns counterclockwise. See Fig 1.
  2. Reverse the polarity, check that the motor turns clockwise.
  3. If operation is not as specified, replace the motor. See POWER SEAT REGULATOR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
