Restraint Control Module Fault Code "B1A00-49"
AFFECTED VEHICLE RANGE:
Range Rover Sport (LS) VIN: 6A900129 to 6A919221
CONDITION SUMMARY:
SOFTWARE ERROR CODE
Investigation using the worldwide diagnostic system (WDS) may indicate that the restraint control module has the following fault:
^ B1A00-49
Cause:
The above fault code is a result of a software error and cannot be cleared using WDS.
Action:
Should the above fault code be present in the restraint control module, refer to the Repair Procedure detailed in this bulletin to replace the module.

1. If fault code B1A00-49 is displayed during WDS evaluation of an SRS problem, replace the restraint control module with a new unit following procedures in GTR Workshop Manual Section 501-20B (76.74.68).
