Tailgate Lock Module
- Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal and the service interlock connector.
(Refer to REMOVAL & INSTALLATION - 2WD
(Refer to REMOVAL & INSTALLATION - 4WD
- Remove the tailgate lid trim.
(Refer to Body - "TAILGATE LID TRIM ")
- Disconnect the tailgate latch connector.
- Check actuator operation by connecting power and ground as shown in the table below.
