Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor segment time adaptation
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open or short in signal circuit
  • Faulty CKPS
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed between 1500 - 3500 rpm (with A/T), Engine speed between 2500 - 3500 rpm (with M/T)
  • No CKPS error
Threshold Value
  • Segment adaptation value exceeds threshold value
Diagnostic Time
  • 3 Revolutions
MIL ON Condition
  • NO MIL ON (DTC only)
