DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the fuel pressure sensor's signal
  • Poor Connection
  • Poor connection or leakage of fuel line
  • Open stuck of over pressure relief valve (OPV)
  • Fuel pressure sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Target fuel pressure is between 250 kPa and 600 kPa
  • Engine Running
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10V
Threshold Value
  • The deviation between target and actual fuel pressure is higher than 100 kPa (14.5 psi)
Diagnostic Time
  • 10s
MIL ON Condition
  • No MIL On (DTC only)
