July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Removal And Installation

  1. Remove the wheel & tire (A).

    Tightening torque: 

    88.3 - 107.9 N.m (9.0 - 11.0 kgf.m, 65.1 - 79.6 lb.ft)

  2. Remove the rear wheel speed sensor from the hub assembly.

  3. Loosen the wheel speed sensor cable bracket nut(A), bolt(B) and then remove the cable.

    Tightening torque: 

    1. A: 6.8 - 10.7 N.m (0.7 - 1.1 kgf.m, 5.0 - 7.9 lb.ft)
    2. B: 8.8 - 13.7 N.m (0.9 - 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 - 10.1 lb.ft)

  4. Remove the rear seat back.

    (Refer to "REPAIR PROCEDURES ").

  5. Disconnect the connector then remove the rear wheel speed sensor.
  6. Installation is the reverse of removal.
