Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	MAP sensor connector	2 (Power)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 5V
	MAP (IAT) sensor connector	3 (IAT Signal)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 5V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component and ECM.	MAP sensor connector	3 (IAT Signal)	ECM connector	28 (IAT Signal)	below 1Ω
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	MAP sensor connector	3 (IAT Signal)	Chassis ground	-	∞ (Infinite)Ω
	MAP sensor connector	4 (Ground)	Chassis ground	-	below 1Ω

Good

Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
