Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
  2. Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector (A).

  3. Remove the Engine coolant temperature sensor.

    Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Mounting: 

    29.4 - 39.2 N.m (3.0 - 4.0 kgf.m, 21.7 - 28.9 lb.ft)
