Repair Procedures: Removal

Information 

When replacing the LKAS switch, check that the symbol mark in the cluster operates normally by pressing the ON/OFF switch.

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the LKAS cover (A).

  3. Remove the LKAS unit (B) after disconnecting the LKAS unit connector (A).
NOTE: When pulling out the mounting bracket, be careful not to damage it.
