DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical monitoring
  1. Poor connection
  2. Short to power in signal circuit
  3. Open in ground circuit
  4. Barometric Pressure Sensor (BPS)
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage higher than 10V and lower than 16V
Threshold Value
  • Sensor voltage higher than 4.92V
  • Sensor internal error/Short to power
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous inspection
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
