Auto Reverse Of Outside Mirror

  1. With the engine turned on, the DDM mirror selection switch set to the driver seat, and the gear selected in the R (reverse) position, the DDM will deliver a message to lower the mirror as much as 5 degrees to the ADM via CAN communication.

    On receiving the CAN message, the ADM will lower the passenger seat mirror accordingly.

  2. With the engine turned on, the DDM mirror selection switch set to the passenger seat, and the gear selected in the R (reverse) position, the DDM will deliver a message to lower the mirror as much as 5 degrees to the ADM via CAN communication.

    On receiving the CAN message, the ADM will lower the passenger seat mirror accordingly.

  3. With the mirrors lowered as much as 5 degrees, changing the gear position from R to another position will return the mirror to the original position.
  4. With the mirrors lowered as much as 5 degrees, switching off the engine will return the mirror to the original position.
