GDS Data Analysis

  1. IG "ON" & ENG "OFF"
  2. After connect GDS, select "Oscilloscope" mode.
  3. Measure the signal waveform on DDM and LHI-CON (Drive Integrated Connector) Serial Communication LIN line.

  4. Does the measured signal waveform follow the specification?

    YES 

    • Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the LHI-CON (Drive Integrated Connectors) and/or DDM's connector or was remedied and DDM memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Remedy or replace as necessary and then Proceed to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

    NO 

    • Proceed to next procedure.
