Power Circuit Inspection

  1. Ignition "OFF"
  2. Refer to "Shop Service Information" and disconnect IDB connector.
  3. Ignition "ON"
  4. Measure voltage between Pin No. 28 & 42 (ON/START Input) terminal of IDB harness connector and chassis ground.
  5. Measure voltage between Pin No. 30 (ECU Main Relay "ON" Input) terminal of IDB harness connector and chassis ground.
  6. Measure voltage between Pin No. 59 (ECU Main Relay "ON" Input) terminal of IDB harness connector and chassis ground.
  7. Measure voltage between Pin No. 44 (ECU Main Relay "ON" Input) terminal of IDB harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  B+

  8. Is measured value within specification?

    YES 

    • Go to "Component Inpsection" procedure.

    NO
