  1. Check for resistance between No. 2 and No. 3 terminals in each switch position.

    MODE 2.11 kΩ ± 5% 1.5V ± 0.22V
    MUTE 3.11 kΩ ± 5% 2.0V ± 0.22V
    VOLUME UP 4.61 kΩ ± 5% 2.5V ± 0.22V
    VOLUME DOWN 5.81 kΩ ± 5% 3.0V ± 0.22V
