July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Repair Procedures: Installation

  1. Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
  2. Fill the coolant.

    (Refer to COOLANT )

  3. Charge the refrigerant.
  4. Refill engine with engine oil.

    (Refer to ENGINE OIL )

  5. Refill a transaxle with fluid.
  6. Align the head lamps as needed.
  7. Clean battery posts and cable terminals and assemble.
  8. Inspect for fuel leakage.
    1. After assembling the fuel line, turn on the ignition to "ON" position (do not operate the starter) so that the fuel pump runs for approximately two seconds and the fuel line pressurizes.
    2. Repeat this operation two or three times, then check for fuel leakage throughout fuel lines.
