July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Power Supply Circuit Inspection

  1. Disconnect "TRANSAXLE RANGE SWITCH" connector.
  2. Ignition "ON" & Engine "OFF".
  3. Measure voltage between each terminal of the sensor harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification: Approx. 0V

  4. Is voltage within specifications?

    YES  : --> Go to "SIGNAL CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.

    no  : --> Check for Short in harness. Repair as necessary and Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
