DTC DETECTING CONDITION

  • Resistance of sensor(Rcts) is monitored
  • Poor connection
  • Short to ground in ECT sensor circuit
  • Faulty ECT Sensor
  • Faulty PCM
Enable Conditions
  • Time after > 2 sec
Threshold value
  • Resistance, Rets < 50Ω
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
