Sensor Rotor

SENSOR ROTOR (FRONT)
Inspection
Front sensor rotor
1. Check rotor for damage





2. Check if gap between rotor and sensor meets the specified value.
Gap: 0.0197 - 0.0787 inch (0.5 - 2.0 mm)
3. Replace the sensor rotor if necessary.

Removal
1. Remove the drive shaft assembly from the vehicle.





2. Remove the sensor rotor with SST(OK670 990 AAO)

Replacement
1. Install the sensor rotor with a suitable tool.

SENSOR ROTOR (REAR)
Inspection
Rear sensor rotor
1. Check rotor for damage.





2. Check if gap between the rotor and sensor meets the specified value.
Gap: 0.0197 - 0.0787 inch (0.5 - 2.0 mm)
3. Replace the sensor rotor if necessary

Removal/Installation
1. Remove the rear wheel hub assembly from the vehicle.





2. Remove the sensor rotor with SST(OK670 990 AAO).

Replacement
1. Install a sensor rotor with a suitable tool.
2. Install the rear wheel hub assembly.
